KSD Software participates in ODB-IT of Dutch Custom

To be able to submit electronic declarations to Dutch Customs several software vendors offer a variety of businesss applications. For have these applications run properly towards the customs systems, these suppliers often have a technically oriented discussions with Dutch Customs.
 
A group of 8 vendors, including KSD Software , have expressed their desire to Dutch Customs to be include in more policy matters. The aim of the software suppliers is also to be involved at strategic level in the development of customs systems. We serve as a common goal of high quality customs declaration process with minimal disruption.

Customs has welcomed this initiative. As of November 2011, a representative of the 8 software vendors will join the ODB-IT platform in which industry and Customs (ODB-IT) reside.

Besides KSD Software the following vendors will join Beurtvaartadres customs, Descartes,Gateway Software, Langdon Systems, Kewill Minihouse, SAP Netherlands and Stratech Automation.

We expect to have you informed of this development which is seen as a positive step forward by the 8 software vendors in the Netherlands.
