Support & Maintenance
The KSD Support & Maintenance organization is responsible for the care of your system after the project phase. This encompasses maintenance (including handling of systems adaptations after project closure) and Helpdesk services.

All maintenance and adaptation tasks are implemented to maximize the benefits and ROI while minimizing risks and cost for all of our customers. To achieve this goal, these services are provided by people knowing both business and products.
The support organization is dedicated to delivering the best available support; each product has its own Support Center, where expert knowledge is collected. Both technicians and business people work in close cooperation when solving customer issues.
Besides centralized support centers providing 1st and 2nd line support, 3rd line support is located at our global Research & Development center to facilitate access to the best knowledge of the product.
KSD Support & Maintenance use the Custom Relation Management system to keep track of reported cases and provided solutions.
