Excise Movement Control System (EMCS)

All companies dealing with Excise related products such as Oil, Alcohol and Tobacco are required to report all their orders within the EU via the EMCS system. This means that the former system with using the AAD (Administrative Accompanying Document) will be replaced with the electronic EMCS system. By the end of 2010 all member states will have this in place according to the deadlines communicated in each country and KSD will deliver EMCS to many existing and new customers across Europe.
